Russian humanitarian aid to displaced Syrians arrives in Beirut

A Russian airplane arrived in Beirut Airport loaded with 33 tons of humanitarian aid to the displaced Syrians.

In a statement, the Russian Emergency Ministry said that "he humanitarian aid was delivered to the Lebanese emergency committee which will distribute the aid to the displaced Syrians".

On Tuesday, another batch of Russian humanitarian aid arrived in Beirut that included power generators, blankets and tents.

The Russian Emergency Ministry offered more than 200 tons of humanitarian aid during the past year to help the displaced Syrians and over 70 tons of humanitarian aid to the Palestinian refugees.
