Moscow called today all sides concerned to pressure the armed groups in Syria who escalate their terrorist attacks to force them allow the delivering of the humanitarian aid to the affected civilians.

ITAR TASS quoted Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson "Alexander Lukashevich"  that "the intensity of armed conflict in Syria, basically instigated by the terrorist attacks and brutal acts of the armed men don’t give any indications to the possibility of their retreat, so we stress on the efforts regarding the humanitarian field aiming at easing the suffering of the Syrians".

He added that Russia calls on partners to pressure the Syrian opposition to guarantee the free delivering of the humanitarian aid to the affected people.

Lukashevich stressed that "in light of the U.N Security Council's resolution issued on October 2, Russia seeks to improve cooperation between international organizations, agencies and the Syrian government regarding the humanitarian situation in Syria".
