America won't apologize to Afghanistan

U.S national security adviser "Susan Rice" , confirmed that her country won't make any apology to Afghanistan for errors committed on its territory .

Rice told CNN television that " U.S doesn't need to offers an apology to Afghanistan".

This came after presidential spokesman announced that Afghan President Hamid Karzai agreed with U.S Secretary of State John Kerry in a telephone call that U.S troops won't launch any raids unless there is an exceptional need " for not risking the lives of its soldiers ".

According to the Afghani spokesman , Kerry acknowledged " mistakes in the past " and to guarantee not repeating these mistakes, " the two sides agreed that President Barack Obama might deliver message to the Afghani's President and people to confirm that U.S troops won't commit any transgressions during such raids.
