International fund for Syrian refugees in Lebanon soon

 World Bank decided establishingt a fund to collect hundreds of millions of dollars to help Lebanon in bearing the costs of hosting Syrian refugees.

This iniative wa announced in a statement by the director of the Middle East in the bank unique Belhadj yesterday, who told "Reuters "  that the fund will seek to raise funds between 300 and 400 million dollars to be spent on urgent priorities , including education and the fight against poverty , adding " the formation of the Fund is underway and it's expected to start working within four to six weeks".

  United Nations estimates the number of Syrian refugees in Lebanon of about 800 thousand refugees , while the World Bank claims the number exceeded one million which is continuallly increasing.
