Coalition Government in its first meeting in Istanbul without foreign ministry

The Government of opposition coalition held its first meeting in Istanbul, Turkey , attended by Ahmad Tohme prime minister and seven out from nine ministers  , after being granted the confidence of the General Authority of the coalition .

   CPA Foreign Ministry was replaced by appointing Assistant to the Prime Minister for Foreign Affairs, in addition to appointing another assistant for economic affairs , and an assistant in charge of " relations with Turkey."

 Oil Minister Elias Warde, and Taghreed Hjeli Minister of Culture and Camily living in London , were absent from tne meeting beacuse they were preparing " to  stay in Turkey and leave the countries in which they reside now."

 Coalition Government adopted the Turkish city of Gaziantep as a headquarter for the interim government until the government is able to settle inside Syrian territories that are out of the Syrian government control .

 Saudi Arabia donated $ 300 million , the United Arab Emirates $ 200 million , and Germany 60 million euros , according to media reports , but the only certain donation so far is 53 million euros from Germany and UAE.
