ICC urges Libyan government to hand over Saif al-Islam

International Criminal Court's Attorney General, Fatou Bensouda asked Libya to hand it over Saif al-Islam Gaddafi for trial, saying, "I strongly urge the Libyan Government to hand over Saif al-Islam Gaddafi to trial without any further delay", and there is a considerable disagreement between the ICC and the Libyan government about the trial of the son of the late Libyan leader, MuammarGaddafi.

Libya insists on trialing Saif al-Islam in Libya , while the ICC says that he could face the death penalty in Libya, demanding his trial on charges of crimes against humanity in Hague, where he doesn't face the death penalty.
