Brahimi: Geneva Conference will be held without preconditions from any party

Lakhdar Brahimi International envoy to Syria at a news conference Tuesday evening 5th November , hoped to hold Geneva Conference before the end of this year beacuse the United Nations is ready tohold it .

Brahimi added that " the situation in Syria is very bad , and there are about 6 thousand people leave the country every day , and about 9 million people which equals one third of the Syrians, suffering from the deteriorating situation " . Brahimi declared that a specific date for the conference it's not reached, and a new consultations will be held on 25 November. Brahimi said that " Geneva 2  differs from Geneva 1 because two Syrian delegations  from the government and the opposition will participate at ,  the opposition suffers many problems and is working hard to overcome it and to form  a convincing delegation to attend Geneva Conference, this is what delay us a little " . At the end of the conference Brahimi said that the agreement reached by Russia , the United States and the United Nations  stresses that Geneva Conference should be held without any preconditions from any party .
