The  "Daily Telegraph "newspaper said that Al Qaeda and other terrorist groups used southern Turkey to transfer foreign fighters to Syria. Pointing out that hundreds of recruits that include Britishes staying illegally in apartments in southern Turkey .

  Jordanian Abu Abdul Rahman responsible for recruiting  foreigners in the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant - associated with  al - Qaeda -  said that the mujahideens from different countries come to Turkey , tested well to asssure they are not spies, and the volunteers spend sometimes weeks before they are allowed to go to Syria .

It is noteworthy that about 10 thousand foreign fighters involved in the fighting in Syria , while the Turkish authorities turn a blind eye of the infiltration of these fighters to Syria through its territory.
