U.S. budget crisis costs $ 24 billion.

Credit rating agency Standard & Poor's Said that cutting off funding of American state's institutions caused by unendorsing the budget on right time cost U.S. economy $ 24 billion, according to the agency  the budget crisis led to a decline in the pace of economic growth to under 0.6%.

The House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate have agreed on a compromise supposed temporary financing of  state institutions and raising debt ceiling in order to avoid bankruptcy. The agency indicates that the temporary solution does not protect the United States from the economic risks in the short term, and could degrade consumption in the festive period less than expected.
