American calls to isolate Obama .

Deputy governor of U.S state of Texas, David Diohurst, to isolate President Barack Obama, because of what he described as the president "evasiveness" by the rights and freedoms of citizens  after  government closure crisis which U.S  passes through  , as well as other issues.
