Dr Riad Haddad, Syrian ambassador in Moscow , in an interview with official radio station  ( Voice of Russia ) said the fighting and shelling in Syria destroyed 3062 schools and 675 hospitals and 55 church and a mosque, and he thinks that the process of reconstruction in his country would cost at least $ 100 billion . pointed out that the charge for such damages are armed opponents of Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad , who are interested in seizing power and not in  political reform .
 

Regarding international control over Syrian chemical weapons disposal Haddad said  that this process  is working successfully and can be completed within a year, calling to stop foreign aid to opponents opposition of President Assad, stressing that Syrian government does not negotiate with "terrorists."
