"Human Rights Watch" published a statement entitled " their blood is still here" , affirming that Syrian opposition fighters who attacked Latakia countryside on August 4 last , killed at least 190 civilians and abducted more than 200 others.
H.R.W stressed that at least 67 people were executed or illegally killed in the operation that targeted Alawiate top pro-government villages . It noted that " Islamic State of Iraq and Syria ," and " Army of immigrants and supporters " , which led the operation, still hold hostages most of them women and children.
The organization reached these results after a field investigation which more than 35 people, including residents survived the attack ,people succored the injured, fighters and activists from the government and the opposition .
H.R.W called on UN Security Council to immediately refer the Syrian situation to international Criminal Court .
