Syrian Information Minister Omran Zoubi, said in a television interview that Syrian government after its accession to the Treaty for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons in response to the Russian initiative, will commit as usual with all its international obligations and UN Security Council Resolution No. 2118 on the dismantling of the Syrian chemical arsenal.
Zubi said that Damascus is the owner of the basic idea to launch a Syrian dialogue , it also expressed its willingness to go to the "Geneva 2" without any preconditions, saying that those who belong and support organizations such as "Al-Qaeda" or " Nusra Front ", "are not a party of any dialogue. "
He added: "We don't expect that there will be a dialogue with terrorism." He added: "We will dialogue with Syrians who weren't involved in blood and were not a party of the aggression against Syria and in calling some countries to interfere in Syrian affairs, militarily or politically."
